The Assessment
You need to know what’s working well in your business — and what isn't. The Technology Assessment is a complete inventory and evaluation of your IT infrastructure to help you manage your company’s assets including hardware, software and personnel.
We begin with an in depth site survey that allows us to gain insight into your network environment. We combine this with an interview that establishes the business goals, desired outcomes and budgetary considerations. From this we can prepare a custom estimate of the time and cost to complete the Assessment. Upon approval, we then engage our networking professionals at your facilities to begin the data-gathering portion of the project. Our senior technology consultants will then compile and review the information against the goals and objectives, thereby creating a report of findings and a Technology Plan for your review.
Technology Plan
The Assessment helps identify potential improvements in your current IT infrastructure and includes a detailed Technology Plan that prioritizes solutions to maximize performance based on your company's present and future goals. It offers a road map based on your specific business processes as a tool for effective change management.
